It's easy for techno functional on claims side.
But very tough for technical hiring. I got selected here in 2015 and faced 2 round interview.
Final round us HR where don't ready for negotiations. There could be variable but the will pay full.

It had 3 rounds. 2 Technical and 1 HR round. Technical round was much about us healthcare. And 1st technical round was much about my summer internship. HR round was a normal round, few easy questions were asked.

Initially the process is good but after 1 st round recruiter will ghost you.no response after 1st round.If you call they won't respond to check if it's a positive or negetive.

In my experience, they check how adaptable you are and how you can deal with certain situations and they also give a heads up that it will be a fast-paced environment
