It was a quick process and I was kept updated by the Centre Manager via phone throughout. I have since interviewed with Citibase for further positions and found the interviews varied, and are now much more detailed. Prior to the offer I also got chance to complete a 'Centre Experience' half day which really helped understand the role and the people i'd be working with.
