I got an interview by phone. 2 weeks later they called me to have another interview at the head office. I went there, they made a lot of tricky questions to make me sound like I don't know what I'm applying for and will be unhappy (like if I don't know what an Administrative Assistant does, even though I have 7 years of experience on it). They told me that in 2 days would give me an answer, and it took 1 week. They refused me because apparently, my experience didn't meet for the position. My experience is on my resume, so, why they made me spend time and money to go to Amsterdam if I would be reproved anyway because my Resume wasn't good enough for the position??
