first interview was a phone call, a lengthy one between 20 to 40 mins. At the end of the phone call you will know if you are invited to a face to face interview with 2 VPs. The interview questions are typical ones, trying to understand if you are the right fit for the corporate culture.

Took about 7 weeks from first phone interview to the in person interview. I had thought they didnt want to hire because they took so long to respond to the phone interview to call me for an in person.

Interview was nice and both interviewers were friendly during the initial meet. However, they are not that friendly and if they stay at the office working late, its almost expected that you stay too....

They would ask you regular questions, like weakness, strength, etc. They will also ask some behavior questions and how you would react in some situational questions.
