It was a straightforward interview process. Since the position is considered BOH, mostly revolved around situational and behavioursal questions especially when dealing with guests. Had 2 interviews in total. Initial interview was kind of like a panel interview with the head of the department and hiring managers. Then, with the HR for the culture fit questions. In total, it was a great interview. I'd classify it as difficult due to not having any hotel background so do your research!
