Straightforward and standard interview process. Phone interview with Sally, phone interview with a Sales Director, and then a final interview in person in Heron Tower. Sal is great, she's been with Cisilion for a number of years and knows the company inside out. The Sales Directors also are very knowledgeable and honest about Cisilion and it's culture. They appear to genuinely want people to do well. It's a family owned business but has quite a corporate culture (suits every day etc). I was given a verbal offer in the interview however they said they had just re-structured the sales team, but then supposedly cancelled all job offers due to re-structuring again... I would suggest clarifying that a position is actually available before spending time on this to avoid having time wasted.
