What are the skills (be it soft skill or hard skill) being used most in past working experience
I Interviewed 14 times for 3 positions and each time it was given to the BDR from the team. Cisco fired 500-1000 people a month and so they are looking out for those people or promoting from within. I even had a referral from a Global VP
