First had a phone screen with the manager. Then proceeded to in person interviews with three different engineers. There was a combination of general and coding questions. These were done pre-covid and in person.

Entretien
There were 4 rounds of technical interview and after that went fine, I had 1 interview by director/hiring manager. Thereafter, the HR conducted a telephonic interview to find what I thought of cisco. There was a temporary hiring freeze for 2-3 months during which the CEO changed and after that was lifted, I had 1 interview with tech lead who explained the nature of immediate work and asked me if I could do that job or if I had done similar work.

I was contacted by a recruiter. First round was telephonic. 2nd Round was a video conference at Hyderabad. Third interaction was F2F are Bangalore. There were 3 or 4 interviews.
After the interviews, there was silence for many days. Then, offer was made.
