I had a phone call with a recruiter, then was quickly invited to an interview with one leader of a TCE team. Then, I was invited to Cisco Insight which is this week-long interview process where you schedule 3 interviews throughout. They also have cool information sessions throughout (which are recorded if you're busy). The three interviews are core (basic interview) technical (which includes really basic troubleshooting) and activity (read document, answer questions)

Mainly asked about the networking and OSI models and if any project related to the networking as well as how you communicate and how is ur confidence level, the tip is to speak confidently and try to answer all the questions
