The inital interview was 2 15 minute interviews with 2 separate individuals. For these guys you have to be short and to the point. Do not try to tell long stories at all. Stick to the STAR Method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for answering questions. There follow up was not very good. The offered a second interview but never set a date so make sure you are in communication with them.
