technical interview with video conferencing . there were 2 panelist. will ask questions from different area. they expect one person should be expert in all area like coding, system admin, testing. Job profile and interview pattern did not match.

- one is about you previous projects and its results,
- second is discussion about technologies mentioned in job descriptions
