Very professional. Interviewed by a panel/group of 4 existing IT managers. Asked many of frequently asked interview questions in many of the books in a different form. More of the open ended questions to see how you deal with difficult situations & changes & management skills.
Overall, very positive experience and professional, the interviewers are nice and not trying to embarrass you but to get to know you more.

What the most difficult part on managing a global team consist of people from across the globe?
it was great and i got the job and the pay was awesome, i recommend this place to anyone. I am really overwhelmed by the number of words I have to write to use this site.

Entretien
The interview started by phone with HR, then I met with the VP of the organization, then the hiring manager, then the team I would be working with. Everyone was pleasant and the team interview was probably the most rigorous; probably because they had just come out of a bad experience with a prior manager. Overall it seemed long at the time, but a good experience.
