questioning and insight sharing.

part 2 : presentation
after understanding about client needs, the conclusion was the company wanted to use one of cisco product because his company got malware attact last year. Then, I started to present Cisco Product - AMP.
D. Incident Role Play
This is a role play exercise where I act as a Cisco Engineer and took a call from Cisco's client regarding a technical issue on their network. In this case, there were 2 interviewers acting as senior engineer and cisco's client. The senior engineer gave me some hint to solve problem with the client. It was like customer help desk.
Case : Customer from company was calling to Cisco and said that his patient couldn’t call to his home. He already tried 3 Cisco IP Phone and all of them didn’t work. The task was simple, how to make customer calm and solve his problem. They assessed how the reaction to handle the client.
Even I failed in the final, but nothing to lose. This helps me a lot for the further interview.
