It took a lot of steps for me to get hired by Cisco. I first had to get my foot in the door by taking a short term contract job, covering for a regular admin that was out on maternity. Once working this position I could see the internal job postings and had access to apply when it was close to the end of my assignment. I worked especially hard at my assignment so the managers I supported would give me good references. There were several jobs I applied to and interviewed for. It was a matter of being the right fit for the managers I would be supporting.

It was great. Everyone was friendly to me and the questions were easy but fair. I got great feedback as well. I recommend it to anyone interested in working with this company
It was a panel interview of 2 current admins followed by a interview with one of the directors that I would be supporting. My interviews all happened within the same week and were about 30 minutes long each.

It was very easy, straight forward questions you see on every interview question list. The interviewer was late. I didn't like the office culture. Seemed to be no room for growth
