Standard interview questions like: - time you showed leadership - what you know about cisco / their products - teleprecense - Chat about past work experience 4) Full day assessment. They give you some prep material beforehand. - Technical test (10 qs, multiple choice from a tech booklet they give you. This is simply to test if you read and understood the material they gave you) - Interview: pretty much same as the phone interview but they may ask a few technical questions here or there. - 10min presentation on a topic they give you - Sales role play
