Extensive interview process - up to 3 rounds, 5-8 interviews and can take a few weeks to complete. Job descriptions are a little generic/boiler plate and can vary from actual resoponsibilities of role.

I was initially approached by HR to apply for the role and had a successful screening interview. HR was very helpful and full of advice. 2nd interview was face to face with the line manager which was relaxed and inspiring. 6 further interviews with potential peers, leadership team and CEO over video and face to face, over a 3 month period. A very long, demanding, drawn and disappointing processing.
