aptitude test group discussion, followed by two interviews.the first one was full of guesstimates and the other was behavioural,followed by hr round.test was simple with just basics of aptitude followed by GD on INDIA and Olympics. then the guesstimates round,the interviewer asked about 2 to 3 of them and was just interested in our way of thinking and least bothered about the final figures.the behavioural was just like the stereotyped ones.
