Entretien
Talked with the hiring manager at campus carrier fair, if you met minimum GPA requirement you'll get first round interview which is purely behavioral. Got email 1 week after asking me to go for on-site interview. After I arrived at Cisco site, they first gave me a skill test, including digital system design questions and written skill test. Then followed by 2 panel interview with different team. They are focused on the skill test completed before. Finally I was given a site tour. Got called back 2 weeks after the interview.
