J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cisco
Entretien
3 Phone interviews lasting 30 mins each. I was a college grad so not much technical knowledge needed. Just casual conversation really. Not nearly as bad as I was expecting in regards to asking supply chain/logistics type questions. I think Cisco emphasizes a lot on their core values. Team work, positive attitude...etc! I met with HR, then a manager, then a directer via phone. I was across the country as well and they were very accommodating of my schedule.

Very badly organized. They came to our campus and shortlisted 200+ students for the interview process. They couldn't handle the crowd at all. My interview was at 6pm and they found their necessary candidates by 12:30pm itself. They just took an interview for the heck of it
They asked my favorite field in electronics( i replied digital) they asked the difference between sram and dram and continued asking difficult analog device questions
