Very messy, disorganized. I had two on-site interviews, and one person left for the day b/c he thought he was finished. After interviewing, I didn't hear back for four months until I emailed with counter offer. Then they scheduled 4 more interviews in course of 2 days to meet counter offer deadline. Absolutely insane and unprofessional.

Standard business and marketing Qs: Tell me about yourself? Walk me through your resume? Why Cisco? Tell me about a time you improved marketing ROI etc....
Good company, fast interview process. I like the team and have heard good things as well from ex colleagues who joined Cisco in general. Recruiter was also very helpful and prepared me for the interview. I did not join as the timing was not right for me, but would recommend this as a place to work.

5 Step Process. Two recruiter, team members, VP. Process is quite simple, however recruiter might not know entirely the need of the business. Unfortunately not being able to speak to VP, to really understand what the company needed at this point in time.
