Over four interviews I was basically used for free consulting and then ghosted after solving the interviewer’s problems for him. I’m embarrassed. I didn’t notice what was happening at the time because it seemed like hypotheticals, but it became very clear by the final interview that I was getting this person out of a jam for free.
