I answered an ad on craigs list. I waited about a week and then got a call from the school's director/owner/operator. She was so nice and candid on the phone and made me feel very at ease. Then I was called in for an interview where I spoke again and demonstrated my computer skills as well as customer service skills by describing how i would answer inquiry phone calls from interested pilots or answering emails as well as demonstrating my use of excel sheets and Micro Soft Word.
