Long process that takes weeks. 3 Interviews with HR, Manager, and Owner. Interview with HR and Manager were normal and pleasant. They showed up on time and asked relevant info. Interview with owner - did not show up on time, he specifically asked for the interview to be after work hours 5pm or later. Talks down to you, and brags about companies/people he knows in the Niagara region. Stay away from this company. Believe the reviews. Coworkers will be pleasant but upper management specifically the owner is a narcissist and micromanager.
