After that, I had a 75-minute interview with the product owner and a lead software developer, where we discussed various technical and situational questions. The final interview was with the CTO, the hiring manager, and it lasted 30 minutes. The entire process took about 1.5 months. Two weeks after the final interview, I followed up about the result and received a standard rejection email. I sent an email requesting feedback to understand my weaknesses for improvement, but unfortunately, they did not respond.
