I was given the Airline passenger satisfaction dataset from Kaggle along with some business questions.
Tasks:
1. Build a ML-based model
2. EDA
3. Business questions
Prepare a good .ipynb notebook with comments and observations.
Round 2: L1 Discussion
This was a discussion in reference to the case study solved. They will ask to share the screen and explain the end-to-end process.
Questions:
1. Tell me about yourself (Experience, domains worked, type of projects handled, tools familiarity- python, pyspark, SQL, excel, ppt, flask, productionization experience)
2. Walk me through the case study (There would be questions from the case study related to the techniques used)
3. Working of Random Forest and Xgboost
4. Label encoding and one-hot encoding
5. Feature Selection criterion and feature importance
6. Unsupervised algorithms used
7. Hypothesis testing and different types of tests (t-test, ANOVA, chi-square, correlation, covariance)
8. Which time series algorithms have you used
Round 3: L2 Discussion
This will be a typical technical as well as scenario-based questionnaire round.
Questions:
1. Introduction, experience, and project-related questions
2. Which confusion metric to be used for different scenarios
3. How to measure the effectiveness of a promotional offer at the store (A/b Testing)
Round 4:
L3 DiscussionThis will be a behavioral round with the leadership.
1. Introduction and experience
2. Strength, weakness, objectives, project learnings, and stakeholder communication challenges
3. How would you fit in the organization and your future goals
