After initial screen, it was a pretty casual interview process, not very technical. Several rounds with various senior team members from the CEO down. Seems like a professional HR operation.

Sloppy and a waste of time. Interviewer didn't even sound interested in interviewing. Why bother arranging something if that's the case? Possibly just ticking the box when it comes to a minimum number of interviews.
