Started with personality and fit questions, then moved on to situational questions such as how one would deal with certain scenarios as a lifeguard. Interview was held by a member of HR and a Centre Manager, in a conference room at one of the company's locations. Afterwards, DBS check forms had to be filled in at the centre Cafe with another member of HR, but this process was very lengthy.
