J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cintas (Windsor, CT) en mai 2025
Entretien
Applied to the management trainee position after meeting and connecting with a fellow trainee during a career fair at my university. After I submitted the application, they took about a month to get back to me to schedule a phone screening. After scheduling the phone interview the hiring manager kept rescheduling it and the day of the interview, the manager didn’t even show up and someone from a different location conducted my interview. They did not specify how in depth this initial phone screening would be. I assumed it would be a 15-30 minute call but ended up being more than 45 minutes. Wish they told me ahead of time how in depth this interview would be. The person conducted the interview asked me a lot of questions and kept talking and talking. After the interview she said she would get back to me in 3 business days and let me know. It has been a month and have not heard anything. Very unprofessional and frustrating with the amount of preparation I put on my application.

Question 1
How do you handle working with difficult people? Name a time where you had to work with them and how you overcame that?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.

They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
