Series of 3-4 interviews, beginning with a screen interview (mine was on-campus the day after a career fair) and ending with a trip to a local plant with 2 panel interviews. This process is fairly long, so don't expect a quick process. Overall, the interviews weren't hard, though they were lengthy.

Phone interview. Very easy and extremely relaxed. The interviewer asked question about my work history and the career goals associated with my degree. It was a pleasant experience. I am considering my options.

I originally had a phone interview and then was brought into the office for a Round Robin interview. I has five 30 minutes interviews with 2 interviewers in each.

Entretien
Two Management Trainees for Cintas interviewed me for a summer intern position. They asked the typical questions to get to know me and why I think I would be a good fit for this position. At the end of the interview they gave me the email address to their human resources manager to set up another interview.
