Lengthy interview process consisting of 4-5 rounds of interviews starting with location HR and all the way up to Group VP. Be prepared with company knowledge as they like to see you're invested in the operation as a whole.

I had on on campus interview that was behavioral based. Then was invited to the final round interview at Cintas. The final interview process was about 4 hours with 3 interviews which were all behavioral based.
