Interviewed with all levels of management through COO (4 levels), all in person (one with both a phone and in person interview). The process is extremely detailed, the company is seeking "culture" fit. Since this was an internal interview process, the process was more detailed than the initial interview for the position I was offered and accepted.
Uncertain whether the interview process level of detail has a true long term benefit given the workforce is majority unskilled to semi-skilled with commensurate education levels.
Perception and experience: Like many places the majority of people are good people. There is a disconnect however, between the companies stated culture/value ideals and what is practiced.
