J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cintas (Denver, CO) en janv. 2017
Entretien
I went through a very long and arduous interview process. My connection started on campus, where I reached out and connected with the person I talked with. This led to a phone interview and two in-person interviews, all with different people. I don't live in Denver, so I had to commute about an hour and racked up a lot of tolls, only to have them drop off the face of the earth. I understood if I wasn't the most qualified candidate, or that they didn't/couldn't explain why they didn't hire me, but what did bother me was that I did three interviews to never even hear that they didn't want me. They just never contacted me again.
Many interviews. There were some back to back. They accommodate to your availability. You need to pass phone screening first. After, there are other interviews from several managers within different industries.

The interview process started with a phone call from the HR manager. Then there was a one on one interview. A week later there was another one on one interview. Then the last interview was with the GM of the company.

Very thorough, several rounds of interviewing with various people in the company. Questions are very thoughtful and complex. They asked good questions and seemed to care a lot about what those answers said about your character and work ethic. Overall was a good process however they were pretty vague about the intern position and didn't emphasize all the different parts of the job so some of the tasks I wound up doing in the job weren't thoroughly explained in the interview.
