The interview was quick, easy and efficient. The management team were wonderful and inviting. The training and training materials were suprisingly lacking. In dire need of updating. My overall experience was enlightening. Team Leads need to have better personalities. They are in a transitional phase right now, so adaptability is key. Seen a few leave because they couldn't keep pace or grasp spotty or contradictory training.
