I was scheduled to meet with three people. The first two were someone from HR and a manager. I don't think either interviewer even looked at my resume before we met. I could tell by the questions they were asking, they must have never read it. As the questions continued I used an example from my last employer. Neither knew I had worked there. I could see my resume within the pile from HR so I asked to see what resume he was using. At first glance I could see it was 5 years old. The HR person apologized and I gave them both a copy of my updates resume. The interview then took a different turn as I could see the HR person was very embarrassed to have such a mistake made in front of this manager. It then wrapped up quickly. When I met with the second interviewer, again I felt rushed and as if someone had already told him I was a no. Started off on the wrong foot and never recovered. And I never heard from them again.
