The interview process starts out with an on campus interview. Then you go in for a plant tour and a few more interview. Lastly you will meet with the VP over the Texas group region. However, after that I could not get into contact with anyone. I was called to go into another visit and missed the call. I tried to reach out several times on both email and phone and was not able to reach anyone. It seems like they do not care to get into contact with the people they are interviewing with.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.

They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
