J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cintas (College Station, TX) en sept. 2016
Entretien
I met a Cintas recruiter during a university career fair. I was signed up for an interview on the spot. The interview was fairly straight forward. The Interviewer asked about 10-15 standard interview questions. The interviewer was a General Manager of a nearby facility. She was very kind, driven and gave an overall good impression on company. From what I know, there is a second round on site interview. I have not received a response from the first interview, so I am not sure if I will be asked back for the second interview.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.

They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
