Manager handed me application form and employee handout and told me to fill it out. Once I did I began training. Nothing major, just filling out employee information etc. I filled it out on the spot and it took me around 15-20 minutes to complete. Really easy and simple, plus manager was very friendly and explained some stuff that I did not understand.

Simple, just get to know you questions. Like introduce yourself, hobbies, and all of that sort. if you land an interview, high chance you get it. Interviewer was chill, in my case, so I didnt get that nervous.
