It was about two hours long. They put us into groups and we had to work together on a few tasks while the interviewer walked around. There were four tasks altogether — making a movie slogan using only three-letter words, coming up with a cool movie idea, creating an eye-catchy movie premiere invitation, and choosing any skill and job title we’d want if we could pick anything.

Group interview with lots of other people where you did team building games and solved customer service problems together. You the had a workbook to complete on your own and fill out with your answers to questions.

First a group interview with easy get to know you questions and group tasks. Following the first interview they invited me for a second interview, this time one to one with cinema manager and team leader, standard retail/hospitality questions.

What would you do if two customers tried to ask for help at the same time?
Had a set of questions, mostly about what I enjoyed in my previous jobs, why I wanted to work there, how I deal with unhappy customers etc. Was really friendly and nice
