It was very quick and easy. Not too many hard questions. Questions about previous work experience and times where you had good and bad customer service. Other questions were just personality questions.

Very relaxed and conversational. Felt at ease as we talked about our mutual expectations for the job, as well as our favorite movies. Overall the conversation felt welcoming and at the same time very to the point.
The interview process was quick and informative. I was asked a scenario about how much an order came up to and had to do the calculation on the spot. I was also asked what the latest movie I saw was.
