I got hired on the spot but basically my manager took me into an empty office and asked for my drivers license and social security card. I signed a couple of papers and then I was told that my orientation is the following Monday (I was interviewed on a Thursday).

Super easy, it’s a private interview where they ask about any experience you have (you really don’t need any), and they try to get to know you. I’m sure it would be a great starting job if i had taken it.
