You sit in the lobby until the GM comes to get you and you walk to the office. You go into the GM's office, inside of the managers office. You sit down and he/she asks you questions about your life, education, personality, work ethic, etc. For me, he hired me on the spot, but for some he/she will give you a call back within a week, if they're interested.

Very relaxed and conversational. Felt at ease as we talked about our mutual expectations for the job, as well as our favorite movies. Overall the conversation felt welcoming and at the same time very to the point.
The interview process was quick and informative. I was asked a scenario about how much an order came up to and had to do the calculation on the spot. I was also asked what the latest movie I saw was.

A very quick interview. I was asked about what hours and days I can work. I was also asked about my past jobs and what I would do in certain situations at work.
