      Offre acceptée
      Expérience neutre
      Entretien facile

      Candidature

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cinch Home Services

      Entretien

30 minute meeting with supervisor and trainer. This was after having an interview and drug test through the job agency. By this point they pretty unofficially offered me the job, I just had to go over their specific requirements like attendance, dress code, etc.

I do not recommend. Was reached out to by recruiter, had screening call and was told I was potentially a good fit and that he wanted to move forward with interview. I inquired about the process and how many interviews it takes to get through and I was assured it was only two. Then recruiter went ghost for a week after assuring me that he would be back in touch in 24 hours. After I reached back out, an assistant to a regional director called me because the regional director apparently had issues reading my resume and I literally went through the same screening call for a second time. Was assured again that there were only going to be two formal interviews and set up the first interview with the director. First interview went well and I was moved to a second interview. In my second interview I was told that I would have an additional interview which was contradictory to what the recruiter and the assistant assured me. Got through the third interview successfully and was told that the vp that I just interviewed needed to consult with the director and that the next steps would be to go to lunch to discuss role and that if I reached that phase that I had the job. Recruiter reached out to me very excited a few days later to schedule lunch and let me know vp was flying up for the lunch meeting. Had lunch, discussed the role but did not get into details about employment. Felt like another interview. I thanked the vp for flying up to meet me for lunch and she told me she had another meeting after mine. I didn’t think much of it at the time and left lunch concerned but still confident I had the job. Recruiter reached out later that week to ask about scheduling conflicts and a potential start date and again inferred that I had the job. The following week I got a rejection email saying they chose another candidate. I was misled multiple times by multiple interviewers on how long the process was, and was essentially lied to about the lunch, I was told it was to discuss details about starting and it was essentially another interview. I wasted six weeks of time interviewing and can’t stress enough how unprofessional and uninformed the recruiter was about the process and what to expect. For a company that sells warranties and expects consumer trust to operate, this process has eroded my confidence that this company is trustworthy. As a consumer this experience has led me to look at other warranty providers and I would be skeptical as an agent to offer their services. If you can’t be honest with potential employees how can you be expected to be honest with consumers?

Applied online - interviewed with the recruiter - interviewed with a Manager - took a drug screen and had a background check and started training 2 weeks later. Training was virtual so it was a little different but overall it was a good experience. Now I work from home and really love my job.
