Smooth process and HRs were helpful. The problem statements were good and could be solved when applied some problem solving techniques. Though it would be better if problems are dynamic in nature and allow interviewee to think through the process

Entretien
Recruiter connected through LinkedIn and went for interviews after the confirmation. I have applied for a lead software engineer profile with fullstack experience. The first round went with a medium level DSA question followed by Javascript questions and my previous experience related details. Next round was the design round where they asked to Design the restaurant system where all waiters are replaced by robots. Since it went well and quickly, i was asked to solve one medium level DSA question which went well.
The third round was a semi technical and cultural fitment round, where they asked about microservice architecture and high level system design discussion followed by behavioural questions like how do we handle internal team conflicts etc.
After 3 rounds, i have received the offer letter and planning to accept the same despite having other offers in hand.
I really liked the environment all the interviewers had set before going technical. All were very friendly and positive. HR was always accessible with a single phone call. The overall experience is very good.

Even after reading few interview's of Cimpress on Glassdoor where people said it is time consuming, I've tried to attend the interview in despite need of Job Search.
HR is very supportive throughout the process.
Finally it became true, even after clearing all the tech / design round i was not selected.
There are routine template questions of designing shopping cart etc.
