Interview process was tough and very good questions were asked about projects that I worked on in my previous companies. Salary negotiation took some time :) but after that every other process was quite fast

3 technical rounds, 1 mgr round and 1 hr round all three technical rounds were difficult some network scenarios were given and candidate was expected to provide solutions HR round was simple and we talked only about CTC, joining date, notice period Mgr round was more about projects i worked on

I applied online and also sent my resume along with a cover letter to a Ciena recruiter who had reached out to me earlier for a different team (I had declined the interview back then). The first round was a phone call with the hiring manager, second phone call with a senior member of the team and then 4 rounds on-site.
