I interviewed once on the phone then brought in and met with about 5 people for about 4 hours. All interviewers were from different accounts. They all tended to ask the same questions so it would have been helpful if all were in the same room at once. I ended up repeating myself a lot. Initially I was offered the TAC role, but after I started they told me I would start as an Interview Specialist, which was a totally different role. I still accepted.
