First communication to start date took about 2 months. I was first contacted by HR for a phone interview, then a digital interview, which was then followed by an on site for 4 individual interviews with Manager, Team Lead, HR and Brand Manager. I was then contacted to give permission to check my references that I included on my application. 1 week after my interview I was given an offer which was accepted and contingent on my background check and drug test. Finally, I received an email confirming my start date and next steps.
