I had an one-hour written test first, which was quite a traditional style and included four parts. There were even lots of logic and maths questions for this position. In one of these parts, I was asked to proofread and edit a booklet on a printed copy as well as to make an excel of their annual budgets on the computer. Then there was the 40 mins interview part. I was interviewed by two senior leaders and was asked around 15 questions. A very challenging and exhausting process.
