There were 2 rounds of interview, each about 30mins. Sat in a meeting room with 4 interviewers (1 HR, 3 department managers). For the second round, they let me chat with the research assistants working in the department after the interview.

There were 2 rounds of interview before I was offered a position. The panel was made up of supervisors of each department and they were all friendly and seeked to understand what I wanted to gain out of the job as well, instead of just what they can gain from me.

I need to go through two rounds of interviews, both rounds of interviews are very heavily focused on science questions. For you information, both of the interviews are less than 30 minutes.
