Well I was looking online. Because I was looking for a job unlike you know restaurant in things like that and since I do a lot of volunteer work with children I wanted to see if you guys were hiring

what are requirements in responsibilities of this job
it was a super chill interview just be friendly they will ask you about your hosting background but its entry level so you dont really need one and they will teach you everything on the job anyway

Entretien
The interview process was easy going and simple. They asked surface level questions as i was fairly young, but it was fine. The main advice i would give is the professionalism in the way the manger conduct themselves. It wasn't bad or anything, but i would expect a manger to be sharp and not as scattered and unfocused, she was probably stressed.
My typical workday was hosting birthday parties for kids under 6 years old. I learned to work at different paces and be patient with so many kids around me. My management team was very friendly.
