My (current) manager asked me to tell her about myself and we basically just chatted about some volunteer work I had done and how that has affected my ability to interact with others as well as handle difficult/busy situations. She also asked about different clubs/organizations I was involved in and I explained what my roles are in those groups and how often we meet. We discussed the job description and pay and I was hired on the spot.

I went in for my interview. A manager asked me a couple questions and then hired me. The questions started out pretty normal, however the manager also asked questions prompted by my answers to some of the questions.
